Product description

Identical twins Ruby and Garnet are inseparable. They do everything and go everywhere together. No-one can even tell them apart! Since the death of their mother, the girls have become closer than ever, safe in their closed little world. But when Dad finds a new girlfriend, everything in the twins’ lives turns upside down. Soon they find themselves in a new home, going to a new school and making new friends. And gradually, they find that being the same isn’t the same anymore… This moving, skilfully-told story of family and identity vividly shows the struggles that children, and twins in particular, can face in embracing their own individuality and potential for change.

I honestly think that you should’ve done another book after it in the same series because it was a really really really good book and I loved it and I will give it 10 out of 10 if I was scoring it but I would’ve liked to have read another one of the series

This book is very fantastic. I cannot describe it because I love it so much. It’s funny, sad(a tiny bit!) and also heartwarming. I do understand that no one could be like a mother to them, because your mother gave birth to you and knows every silly detail about you. I love double act!

I would strongly recommend this book to any one who has a twin because it’s kind of a story of how you can still be twins even though your twin is somewhere else. To expand, there is also a movie (which I’ve watched) but I personally think that the movie is better than the book because you can see what the author is talking about. I rate this book as 5 stars because I don’t like it, I love it!

I think it is a rather rude for children! And has very unsutible pictures in it. I think I shouldn’t be rated for younger children as it is not sutible…. It should be for 50-99 yr olds.

As I have read this book 11 times I could probaly tell you a lot about it so dont even hesitate reading this brilliant book it amazing in the way it is told and how emotianally it is told which in the end always turns out to be funny. I think WIlson has used her strengths well in this book and has really gone to town with the idea of the twins losing their mom and being like chalk and cheese (Completely Different) !!! Read this book it is a modern day classic :)

Another amazing Jacky Wilson read. For all ages, everyone will find something they like about this book. I love how it’s almost written as if both characters are writing the story in some parts, while in others its as if your looking down into their lives. There are exciting twists in the tail, and you just want to read more and more and more!
