Scholastic International School Book Club can only offer delivery to school addresses.
You can order from this online shop if:
- You work in a school.
- Your child’s school is currently running a Scholastic Book Club and has enabled online ordering.
Delivery times and charges
Standard shop orders for delivery to school will be delivered within 10 days.
If you are placing an order as part of a school Book Club, please refer to the information below.
Book Club orders
If your child’s school has a Book Club order open you can choose to have the books delivered to school for FREE. The whole school’s order will be delivered together to be handed out in class for the children to take home.
Your Book Club Organiser in school will be able to tell you when your order will arrive, as we will deliver the books to school 10 working days after the Organiser checks out their school order.
Postage to your school is free. However some countries have import customs charges that you need to pay for your books to get to you smoothly.
Where we know that duty is payable when importing books into a country we will send all orders DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), and a percentage charge will be added to your order total to cover this amount. Please see the list of countries below.
If your country is not on this list, please be aware that you may face additional duties and customs charges.
Paying by invoice
Invoices must be billed to a valid school address. If you do not work at a school, you will need to pay by debit or credit card.
When requesting an invoice you will need to provide a contact name and an invoice number. The invoice number is for your school records, so if you’re not sure what to put ask your bursar or school secretary.
Please note that if you are purchasing for a school outside the UK we will require you to pay your invoice in full before we can ship your order.
We set our USD and Euro exchange rates at the beginning of each school term. This ensures rates remain consistent throughout the term and match the prices advertised on the websites and printed leaflets. Any fluctuation in market rates are not reflected in the Scholastic Book Club exchange rates for that term.

Returns and cancellation
Can I return my item for an exchange?
If you’re not happy with an item you’ve ordered then just return it to us within 28 days for an exchange or refund. Please send the items to the address below along with a completed returns form.
How can I return an incorrect or damaged item?
Should you receive any items that are incorrect or damaged, please call us on +44 1993 893474 (Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5pm UK time) and we will of course send a replacement straight away, free of charge. Please download and complete our returns form and return the incorrect or damaged item to the following address:
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order was not paid for using Scholastic Rewards, you can reopen it up until 5am UK time the day after you placed it – or until 5am UK time the same day if your order is placed between midnight and 5am UK time.
If you would like to change or cancel an order after this time please call us on +44 1993 893474 (Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5pm UK time) to find out if this is possible. If the order has already been despatched you can return it to us for a refund within 28 days.
