Product description
Experience the frenzy of a world at war in three gutsy stories. Sling on your gunbelt, pluck up your nerve and leap into the fray! In Deadly Skies, you’ll follow a Spitfire pilot into the throes of the Battle of Britain. Tank Attack takes the action to the desert battle of El Alamein, seen from behind the turrets of a tank. Finally, Behind Enemy Lines fast-forwards to a deadly commando mission in the jungles of South-East Asia. These fictional accounts of real battles are packed with historically accurate details. As close to the real thing as any book can go.

on 5 March 2013I would recomend this book to nine year olds plus as some bits are fairly sad. I found this book a good help with ww2 history and gives the reader a real insight into what life was like at the time.
