Product description

Missed all the hype? You must be living in a hole. One kid prisoner. One dark secret. A tale of fate with more twists than a tornado. How do you turn a bad boy into a good boy? Make him dig holes – right? So when Stanley (wrongly accused of stealing) is sent to boot camp in the scorching desert, that’s what he has to do. ALL DAY LONG. The evil camp warden says it’s to reform him. Is that the real reason – or must Stanley dig up the truth? Welcome to the world’s only prison camp with more fans than Facebook. Have you served your time? Winner of the Newbery Medal. “Moving, exciting, thrilling … I loved it.” Malorie Blackman
