PM Emerald: Sea Transport (PM Non-fiction) Level 26

Thousands of cargo ships sail around the world every day, loading and unloading in busy ports, to transport the things we need. It can be dangerous and difficult work, and an accident involving one ship can cause delays for many other ships. We rely on sea transport much more than we realise!

Emerald level (equivalent to the Lime bridging book band) provides a variety of chapter books and non-fiction titles. Readers are encouraged to experience different text types, writing styles and genres to develop their own reading tastes.

PM Non-fiction books are carefully researched, presenting factual information accompanied by superb photography and realistic illustrations to engage young readers.
