Product description

Remote places are far from the cities and towns where most people live. These places can be in hot, dry lands or in cold, snowy landscapes. They can be high in the mountains or far out to sea – or even in space! Some people travel to remote places to learn more about them or for a change of lifestyle. Others may live in a remote place for their whole life.

Emerald level (equivalent to the Lime bridging book band) provides a variety of chapter books and non-fiction titles. Readers are encouraged to experience different text types, writing styles and genres to develop their own reading tastes.
